If you wish to take part in this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Toyota Loyalty Offer (Offer)
Selected past Toyota guests who purchased a new Toyota vehicle from 2014 to 2019 (each a Past Guest) and who purchase a new Toyota vehicle (excluding demonstrators) (New Toyota Vehicle) in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria are eligible to receive a $1,000 Toyota Gift Card (Reward Card).
This Offer is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited (Toyota) and the Reward Card is subject to the T&Cs imposed by the Reward Card Issuer (please see below).
Campaign Offer / Reward Period
This Offer is available for eligible Past Guests who meet all of the Eligibility Criteria and:
- enter into a New Toyota Vehicle purchase contract between 1st April 2022 and the 30th September 2022; and
- take delivery of the New Toyota Vehicle between 1st April 2022 to 30th June 2023.
Reward Details
Eligible Past Guests that purchase a New Toyota Vehicle are eligible to receive a $1,000 Toyota Gift Card which can only be used at participating Toyota Dealerships within Australia.
Maximum one Reward Card per eligible Past Guest.
Eligibility for the Offer (Eligibility Criteria)
This Offer is available to Past Guests who:
- purchased a new Toyota Vehicle between the 1st January 2014 and the 30 September 2019
- have engaged in additional interactions with Toyota, for example, servicing, purchased multiple vehicles, interacted via CRM communications, myT member and/or transacted via Caltex redemptions;
- receive an eDM from Toyota regarding the Offer;
- provide details to the Toyota Dealer to ensure that Toyota systems can verify the Past Guest, and whose details provided during their new purchase match their existing/last purchase record (an exact match is required for the Past Guest’s first and last name) and match either an address or mobile number;
- enter into a vehicle purchase contract to complete the purchase of a New Toyota Vehicle (Private or Bronze Fleet) between the 1st April 2022 and the 30th September 2022; and
- ensure that the Past Guest takes delivery of the New Toyota Vehicle by 30th June 2023.
How to Redeem the Offer
- Eligible Past Guests will receive an eDM outlining that the Offer is available to them.
- The Past Guest must contact an authorised Toyota dealer and arrange to purchase a New Toyota Vehicle, informing of their interest in the Offer and providing a copy of the eDM they received from Toyota. The offer can be redeemed from any participating Toyota Dealership (Dealership).
- Toyota or it’s agent will send the Toyota Gift Card to the eligible Past Guest within 2 weeks after the Guest has taken delivery of the New Toyota Vehicle and Toyota has confirmed eligibility.
- A physical Toyota Gift Card will be delivered to the Past Guest’s nominated address provided to the Dealership via registered post after the delivery of the purchased vehicle.
- As the Toyota Gift Card will be activated and will be issued to the Past Guest at their nominated address, the Past Guest must ensure they have provided accurate postal address details to the Dealership and update their details if they change.
General Terms and Conditions
- You acknowledge that Toyota is entitled, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, amend, add, or remove any part of the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
- Toyota reserves the right to refuse to provide the Offer to an individual if, in its reasonable opinion, Toyota cannot verify that the individual is eligible to receive the Offer or believes the individual has engaged in fraudulent activity or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.
- This Offer only applies to selected Past Guests that have been targeted by a promotional eDM via Toyota Motor Corporation Australia.
- Toyota will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to this Offer or the taking of the Reward Card, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
- Toyota is not liable for any Reward Card that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way, once it has been sent by Toyota.
- The Reward Card is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the Reward is unavailable for any reason, Toyota reserves the right to substitute another Reward of equal or greater value for that reward, or element of it. Toyota and its representatives will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of rewards.
- Toyota has made this offer available to you because you have consented to them contacting you for marketing purposes. If you choose to take up the offer, your personal information will be shared with Toyota, the Dealership you previously purchased your vehicle from and Toyota’s contractors for the purpose of providing you with your Reward and running this and similar promotion/s. If you do not agree to allow Toyota and its contractors to handle your personal information for this purpose, Toyota will not be able to provide your Reward. Toyota’s privacy policy at www.toyota.com.au/privacy-policy contains information about how you can seek to access or correct personal information it holds about you, how you can make a privacy complaint and how Toyota will deal with a privacy complaint. Toyota Gift Card - Terms and Conditions
Reward Cards are subject to the Toyota Gift Card Terms and Conditions which are issued by Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 84 123 251 703.
These conditions apply to use of the Toyota Gift Card (“Card”). The Card is issued by Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 84 123 251 703 (“we”, “us” or “our”). If you gift the Card to another person, you must tell them that they will be bound by these terms and conditions. New South Wales, Australia law applies to these terms and conditions. By using your Card you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
The Card may be used to purchase goods or services at participating Toyota Dealerships.
The Card
The Card can only be used for purchases of goods and services at any participating Toyota Dealership in Australia.
Transactions
Each time you use the Card, you authorise us to deduct the amount of the transaction from the balance of funds on the Card. The available balance cannot be exceeded. Where a purchase exceeds the available balance, the excess must be paid using another payment method. The Card cannot be used for direct debit, recurring or instalment payments.
Authorisations may be declined at some Dealerships. We are not liable in any way when authorisation is declined or a transaction otherwise does not proceed, regardless of reason.
You are responsible for checking your transaction history and available balance free of charge at the www.myprepaidcentre.com.au website.
The Card is not reloadable and is valid until three years from activation as noted on the reverse of the Card. Any remaining available balance will be forfeited on the expiry date.
The Card is active upon receipt and can immediately be used for purchases of goods and services as outlined.
Transactions cannot be conducted overseas using the Card.
Disputes, Problems & Troubleshooting
For disputed transactions, you should notify Cardholder Services immediately on 1800 638 771
All complaints are handled according to an internal dispute resolution procedure. The dispute resolution procedure requires that Cardholder Services seek to resolve your complaint within 21 days, although it is not always possible to do so.
The Card is like cash and cannot be replaced if misused, lost, stolen, or damaged. You are responsible for all transactions on the Card, except where there has been fraud or negligence by our staff or agents. If you notice any error relating to the Card, you should notify Cardholder Services immediately on 1800 638 771
For security reasons, including where we suspect fraud or other illegal activity, we may restrict the number of transactions or amount of transactions you can make with the Card, prevent a transaction, or stop the use of the Card. You cannot stop payment on any transaction made with the Card.
Any refunds on Card transactions are subject to the policy of the specific merchant. Refunds may be in the form of a credit to the Card. If the Card expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund (whether or not the original transaction being refunded was made using the Card) then you will have no access to those funds.
If you use the Card without presenting it (such as for mail order, telephone or internet purchases), the legal effect will be the same as if you physically presented the Card.
Privacy
If you elect to provide your personal information for the purpose of setting up an account with myprepaidcentre.com.au, the personal information provided will be used and shared as described in our privacy policy at www.blackhawknetwork.com/au-en/privacy-policy, which is incorporated herein.
You are not required to set up an account to view Card transaction history and available balance.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions can be viewed at www.toyotagiftcard.com.au/loyaltyoffer
Severability & Governing Law
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions (or parts of provisions) will continue in full force and effect.
The laws of the state of New South Wales apply to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
